Our Scunthorpe site is the largest and one of the most complex, with around 2,000 employees across salaried and hourly roles. About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on Learning & Development Manager to lead and shape the learning culture across the site. This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment that needs someone with energy, resilience, and creativity - someone who can roll up their sleeves and make learning happen on the ground.
