Learning & Development Manager (Part-Time, FTC)

Location: Hybrid (Southampton base with some travel required)

Contract: 14-month Fixed Term Contract

Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 FTE

Hours: Part-time (3 days or 5 shorter days - Flexible)

Our client, a forward-thinking professional services company, is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to shape the future of learning within their values-driven, high-performing culture. In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of core learning programmes, focusing on leadership development, high-performing teams, career frameworks, and embedding values and behaviours whilst partnering closely with the People Business Partners to identify skills gaps.

Our client is looking for someone who:
