Role responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Accurately adding new book stock to the catalogue to enable it to be effectively borrowed and discovered by customers
Issuing, returning and shelving of books in strict Dewey order
Joining new customers and maintaining existing customer records on the current Library Management System Heritage
Promoting Library services using Teams, posters, leaflets and on class inductions
Provision of general customer IT assistance and troubleshooting Internet and Intranet problems
Deputise for the Library Manager in their absence.
