We offer a salary from £30,262 - £37,716 per annum, dependant on experience
Work Type - We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Learning & Development Facilitator to join the Coaching function of the Central Control team on a full time, permanent basis. You will be working 37 hours per week between the working window 8:00am-6:00pm Monday to Friday.
Location - Based in Bradford, with a hybrid working arrangement in place, currently offering a mix of home and office working.

You will work closely with and provide support to colleagues in the Customer Management Centre on all aspects of the colleagues learning journey. You will coach and support individuals and the business to provide a culture of customer service when handling Yorkshire Water customer contacts. You will provide coaching on customer contacts across all platforms including telephone, email, written and social media. This coaching support includes mentoring, in role observations and side by side coaching.
You will design, deliver and evaluate learning solutions ensuring a quality learning experience, consistency and alignment to existing processes across the business. You will keep up to date with any changes happening in the business to ensure information is up to date and accurate for learners. The role will focus on the Clean/Waste skills set within the Recovery department and the Clean/Waste skills set within the Resolution department.
You will ensure a culture of learning across the Customer Management Centre, maintaining the delivery of our Customer Promise and colleague development, resulting in Yorkshire Water being “Right for customers and Right for the environment”.
You will be passionate about helping people to learn, grow and demonstrate adaptable coaching skills. Previous coaching experience or a relevant qualification would be desirable, but not essential.
The successful candidate will be a great listener who can tailor their coaching approach to the individual. A confident communicator, you will be able to challenge and support in equal measure.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of clean and/or waste water processes; however, the correct level of training will be provided to support you in the role.
You will be self-motivated and results focused, able to work under pressure, to tight timescales and be flexible. You will be focused on your own development, keeping up to date on procedures/working practices. On occasions you may be required to support role specific activity to maintain your skills and knowledge.
