Overview
Learning & Development Facilitator – Full time, permanent. You will join the Coaching function of the Central Control team. Work 37 hours per week, within the 8:00am – 6:00pm window, Monday to Friday. Location: Bradford, with a hybrid working arrangement (mix of home and office).

Where You Fit In
- You will work closely with and provide support to colleagues in the Customer Management Centre on all aspects of the colleagues learning journey.
- You will coach and support individuals and the business to promote a culture of customer service when handling Yorkshire Water customer contacts.
- You will provide coaching on customer contacts across platforms (telephone, email, written, social media) including mentoring, in-role observations and side-by-side coaching.
- You will design, deliver and evaluate learning solutions ensuring a quality learning experience, consistency and alignment to existing processes.
- You will keep up to date with business changes to ensure information is current for learners.
- The role will focus on the Clean/Waste skills set within the Recovery department and within the Resolution department.
- You will support a culture of learning across the Customer Management Centre, delivering our Customer Promise and colleague development.
What Skills & Qualifications You Will Need
- You will be passionate about helping people to learn, grow, and demonstrate adaptable coaching skills.
- Previous coaching experience or a relevant qualification would be desirable, but not essential.
- You should be a great listener who can tailor coaching to the individual. A confident communicator, you will be able to challenge and support in equal measure.
- Knowledge of clean and/or waste water processes is advantageous; appropriate training will be provided.
- You will be self-motivated, results-focused, able to work under pressure to tight timescales and be flexible.
- You will stay up to date on procedures/working practices and may be required to support role-specific activity to maintain skills.
