Job description

Are you an L&D professional with focus around E-Learning and/ or Digital design? Are you obsessed with Sleep? Are you ready to help our colleagues and customers get the best night’s sleep?

We are looking for a new Learning Development partner with heavy focus around digital learning and digital content creation. As a Learning and Development Partner, you’ll play a key role in bringing our people development strategy to life. You’ll design and deliver engaging learning experiences across the business – with a strong focus (but not solely) on e-learning and digital content. This role is all about helping colleagues learn in flexible, accessible ways, supporting their development no matter where or when they work.

Your ’Beducation’ (Your skills, knowledge and experience)

  • Have a strong knowledge of Learning and Development
  • Help embed a culture of learning by promoting resources and encouraging self-directed learning
  • Stay ahead of digital learning trends and tools, always bringing new ideas to the table
  • Have a good technical ability with capability to pick up new software quickly
  • Passionate about design
  • Self-motivated and strong communicator
  • Organised and manage time effectively with excellent attention to detail
  • Previous experience of people management

Essential Sleep Duties (The responsibilities of the role)

  • Partner with teams to understand learning needs and create impactful digital and blended solutions.
  • Ensure content on the Learning Management System (LMS) is fresh, relevant, and easy to navigate.
  • Develop high quality digital learning content using Articulate Storyline & Rise
  • Create innovative graphics, guides, visuals and other assets
  • Consult with functional Subject Matter Experts to ensure all content development is in line with business needs and objectives
  • Support the wider L&D agenda, including in-person workshops, development programs, and team initiatives.
  • Measure, evaluate and report on the effectiveness of learning content, using feedback and data to continuously improve
