Job Description:

We’re looking to welcome two Digital Marketing Executives to the Hays Travel family! These exciting roles will focus on email marketing, where you can take part in projects that will revolutionise email marketing journeys in the bustling travel sector.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include creating optimised email campaigns for our travel partners, reporting on campaigns and triggered journeys, and collaborating with the CRM and Customer Insights Manager and the email marketing team. You will learn about data segmentation and be part of the team transforming how Hays Travel communicates with customers and prospects.

Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the CRM and Customer Insights Manager on CRM/email marketing strategy and take responsibility for specific areas
  • Analyse previous campaigns and suggest data-driven improvements
  • Examine current customer journeys to identify friction points and enhance the customer experience
  • Create engaging, optimised email campaigns for suppliers
  • Apply previous email marketing experience
  • Be a creative problem solver
  • Drive results with a data-focused approach
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail
  • Understand GDPR compliance
  • Manage large volumes of first-party data
  • Communicate effectively in writing and verbally
  • Utilise HTML skills
  • Understand data segmentation
