Location: North Leeds – Based onsite, Free Parking

Salary: £31,500 plus Bonus

Your new role

This role will support the National Training Manager in being responsible for the induction, training, and development of sales employees. You will work closely with Sales Managers to design and deliver one-to-one coaching that positively influences the performance of sales staff.

Overview of duties:
  1. Design and deliver sales training.
  2. Effectively document coaching sessions and schedule follow-up training when required.
  3. Support the National Training Manager by making recommendations to improve training programs.
  4. Engage with stakeholders effectively.
What you'll need to succeed
  1. Previous coaching/training experience within a sales or contact centre environment.
  2. Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
  3. Passion for coaching.
  4. Positive attitude and engaging personality.
  5. Able to work collaboratively.
What you'll get in return
  1. Basic salary of £31,500.
