Role

As a Learning & Development Co-ordinator, you’ll be fully immersed with our experienced Learning & Development team and play a crucial role in enhancing our learners’ experience. Life will be fast paced, engaging, creative and rewarding. Based out of our Stoke or Manchester office, it’s a great opportunity for an ambitious person to develop and progress within a forward-thinking and fast-paced firm. You’ll:

  • Serve as the go-to person for any Learning and Development queries providing prompt and insightful responses to ensure a supportive learning environment.
  • Take the lead on confidently coordinating the academic and training calendars across the group.
  • Manage the exam schedule for learners, actively monitoring their progress and planning for upcoming exams to foster a proactive learning culture.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of learners, engaging in regular meetings with their tutors and managers every six weeks.
  • Report on feedback received to enhance the overall learning experience.
  • Work alongside cross-functional teams to support the Early Careers function.
  • Partner with the Head of Learning and Development to refine and update processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience that benefits both managers and learners alike.
