The Learning and Development Business Partner role:

We have an exciting new opportunity to join our team as a Learning and Development Business Partner in our People and Culture Team!

In this role, you ll be at the forefront of implementing our people strategy and leading organisational development initiatives. You ll collaborate across the organisation to drive continuous performance improvement and foster a positive culture change.

Key duties and responsibilities of our Learning and Development Business Partner:

  • Develop and implement plans for the Competence and Conduct Standard to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Lead the best practice performance management approach and manage performance review cycles.
  • Review and enhance our leadership development programme with a focus on coaching and mentoring.
  • Create and deliver an annual learning and development plan that aligns with strategic, directorate and individual training needs.
  • Expand our talent programmes to support succession planning and career pathways.
  • Maximise the potential of our online Learning Management System for all employees

What we re looking for in our Learning and Development Business Partner:

  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Evidence of continuous professional development.
  • A credible OD lead with the ability to inspire a learning culture through strategic policies.
  • Extensive experience of delivering organisational development initiatives with measurable positive results.
  • Proven experience in line management and successful project implementation across an organisation.
