A social housing provider in the UK seeks a Learning and Development Business Partner to implement their people strategy and enhance organisational initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a CIPD Level 5 qualification, extensive experience in delivering development initiatives, and the ability to inspire a positive culture change. This role offers a salary range of £42,839 to £46,142 and a full-time permanent position.
