We are seeking a Learning and Development Assistant to join our People Team. This role involves supporting the coordination and smooth operation of training courses and learning events throughout the business.

The Role

1. Book rooms and organize logistics for training sessions and courses.
2. Manage course bookings using our Learner Management System (LMS).
3. Communicate course details to learners, track attendance and completion.
4. Maintain training records and systems, including issuing certificates.
5. Respond to training queries via the Learning Locker inbox.
6. Support the L&D team with reporting, purchase orders, and administrative tasks.

Experience

• Passion for L&D, service, safety, and upholding brand standards.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of the learner journey and L&D offerings to coordinate bookings effectively.
• Willingness to learn and manage the LMS platform confidently.
• Service-oriented mindset to support clubs and learners.
• Ability to track learner progress from attendance to certification.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
