About the role and team

Are you a people-focused administrator who loves variety, values purpose, and thrives on getting things organised?


We’re looking for a motivated and proactive Learning & Development and HRAdministrator to join our HR and L&D team at Anthony Collins Solicitors.

In this role, you’ll be the glue that holds our learning and people processes together — from organising engaging development programmes to making sure our HR systems are up to date and running smoothly. You’ll be involved in everything from onboarding new starters and delivering inductions to supporting with firm-wide training events and compliance reporting.

It’s a brilliant opportunity for someone who’s highly organised, tech-savvy, and enjoys working in a team where no two days are the same. You’ll have a genuine interest in people development and a keen eye for detail, especially when it comes to making improvements and keeping records in tip-top shape.

A bit about the role:

You’ll be supporting both the Learning & Development and wider HR team, helping with:

  • Planning and organising training and induction sessions.
  • Promoting learning opportunities and tracking attendance for compliance.
  • Keeping our HR systems up to date, from new starter records to monthly reporting.
  • Supporting GDPR file management and continuous process improvement.
  • Being a key point of contact for colleagues with HR or L&D queries.

  • Has previous admin experience (ideally in HR, L&D, or professional services).
  • Communicates clearly and confidently.

  • Is curious and keen to learn more about HR and L&D.
  • Is comfortable using systems and technology to keep things running smoothly.
