A public-facing organization is seeking a Learning & Development professional for a temporary contract in Peterborough. This hybrid role offers a chance to develop and deliver training activities both online and in person for a period of 8-10 weeks. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience and be comfortable with training evaluations and needs analysis. Do you have experience working in Learning & Development and/or Training delivery?

Are you immediately available for a temporary contract, to cover a period of absence?

This position would be the perfect stop gap for someone who is in between roles, covering a period of absence for 8-10 weeks.

Working for an amazing public-facing organisation, as part of a top tier HR & Development team, helping to develop and deliver learning activities both online and in person.

This is a hybrid role working 50/50 between offices in Peterborough and working from home. There might be some very occasional travel to their other office in Bradford.

You will ideally have:

• Experience of working in OD, L&D or Training as part of a wider HR team
• Previous use of LMS and eLearning software such as Articulate or similar
• Comfortable delivering training and also doing training evaluations, training needs analysis (TNA), etc.

Salary GBP33,200 for this full time position - it's a brilliant role that will get involved in lots of different projects, particularly around employee wellbeing.
