Job summary

A leading HR organization seeks a Learning & Development specialist for a temporary contract in Bradford. In this hybrid role, you will develop and deliver training activities online and in-person, engaging in projects focused on employee wellbeing. Ideal candidates should have experience in L&D, familiarity with LMS tools, and be comfortable evaluating training needs. Salary is £33,200, with an ASAP start.

Job description

Do you have experience working in Learning & Development and/or Training delivery?

Are you immediately available for a temporary contract, to cover a period of absence?

This position would be the perfect stop gap for someone who is in between roles, covering a period of absence for 8-10 weeks.

Working for an amazing public-facing organisation, as part of a top tier HR & Development team, helping to develop and deliver learning activities both online and in person.

This is a hybrid role working 50/50 between offices in Bradfordand working from home. There might be some very occasional travel to their other office in Peterborough.

You Will Ideally Have

  • Experience of working in OD, L&D or Training as part of a wider HR team
  • Previous use of LMS and eLearning software such as Articulate or similar
  • Comfortable delivering training and also doing training evaluations, training needs analysis (TNA), etc.

Salary £33,200 for this full time position - it's a brilliant role that will get involved in lots of different projects, particularly around employee wellbeing.
