Rutland County Council is seeking a Learning & Development Advisor to lead the council's learning initiatives aligned with its workforce strategy. This role involves designing training, promoting local government careers, and contributing to a supportive work environment. Reporting to the Head of HR and OD, you will lead the implementation of the Council’s corporate learning & development approach, ensuring it aligns seamlessly with our Workforce Strategy.
The Learning & Development Advisor interviews will be held on 22July 2025.
