Working closely with the Senior Learning and Development Manager and colleagues across the business, you will ensure learning is inclusive, practical and aligned to strategic needs, supporting employees throughout their career journey.

With a strong focus on capability-building, you will partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs, create tailored programmes and manage the full learning cycle, from needs analysis to delivery and evaluation. You will drive continuous improvement through feedback and data insights.

What you’ll do:

Design & Delivery

  • Tailor content to diverse learner needs, applying adult learning principles and business context
  • Conduct training needs analysis and adapt delivery based on feedback and data

Programme Management

  • Manage training records, content, and support queries in the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Coordinate sessions, track attendance, and compile feedback for continuous improvement

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with managers, leaders, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify needs and shape solutions
  • Influence stakeholders as a trusted learning and development (L&D) advisor and support broader development initiatives

Digital & Data

  • Use digital tools such as the LMS, e-learning authoring platforms (e.g. Articulate), and collaboration software (e.g. Microsoft Teams, SharePoint)
  • Analyse learning outcomes and trends to support continuous improvement

Compliance & Reporting

  • Maintain and update mandatory training in partnership with Compliance and SMEs
  • Monitor completion rates and provide regular management information (MI) reporting
  • Ensure training aligns with internal policies and external regulatory standards
