Job description

We’re looking for a fabulous Learning & Development Advisor to join our People Team and play a key role in delivering impactful, engaging, and inclusive learning experiences across our Head Office and Warehouse teams. You’ll design and deliver training that supports performance, growth, and operational excellence, ensuring every Perfume Person has the tools and confidence to thrive.

You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to identify learning needs, create blended learning solutions, and champion a culture of continuous development.

What You’ll Do
  • Conduct regular training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
  • Create blended learning content including e-learning, face-to-face, and virtual workshops.
  • Support onboarding, compliance, and role-specific training through a structured annual plan.
  • Promote professional development pathways, including apprenticeships and accredited learning.
  • Collaborate with managers to embed learning through coaching and mentoring.
What You’ll Bring
  • CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent) or qualified by experience in Learning & Development.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering training in Head Office and/or Warehouse environments.
  • Strong instructional design skills and knowledge of adult learning principles.
  • Proficiency in digital learning tools, LMS platforms, and e-learning authoring software.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organisational and project management abilities.
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between locations as required.
  • A creative, innovative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
