A leading company is seeking an L&D Advisor to enhance their Learning and Development team. This hybrid role involves managing Graduate and Apprenticeship programmes, implementing key initiatives, and collaborating on projects within the HR function. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a keen understanding of L&D processes.
We are looking to strengthen our L&D team with an L&D Advisor based at Hattersley, with hybrid working available.
You will report directly to the L&D Manager, and your role will include coordinating the full cycle of Graduate and Apprenticeship programmes. As the L&D Advisor, you will help coordinate and implement key L&D initiatives, including our Early Careers Programmes, and work on projects as required alongside the day-to-day running of the L&D function.
