Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Market Harborough with some work-from-home flexibility. The position involves supporting the Learning & Development team with administrative tasks, facilitating training sessions, managing communication with trainees, and ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities include booking training sessions, coordinating schedules, and maintaining accurate records.

Apprenticeship Details

You will study towards a nationally recognized qualification in Business Administration, followed by a Learning and Development apprenticeship.
