Learning & Development Administrator

Up to £24,000 (Depending on experience)

At Norse Group, we have an exciting opportunity for a Learning & Development Administrator to join our team based at our Head Office in Norwich on a permanent, full-time basis.

As a Learning & Development Administrator, you will provide a range of administrative services within the Norse Group Learning and Development department, supporting the effective management and delivery of all training and development activities across the Norse Group, and ensuring the smooth running of all training programmes and services.

You will be responsible for:

  1. Enrolling staff onto appropriate courses and programs as required.
  2. Updating and maintaining training records across all systems and files, ensuring accurate data provision.
  3. Regularly extracting training data to support reporting and monitor performance measures.
  4. Setting up Apprenticeships via the online Digital Apprenticeship Service and other associated administration.
  5. Setting up work placements and other related administration.
  6. Creating and processing invoicing and purchase orders (POs), and supporting action logs and meeting minutes.
  7. Supporting the wider team with queries and emails.

Working closely with the team, you will also support the coordination of training events and courses, including issuing documentation, attendance lists, feedback, and recording/reporting relevant data.

Our Successful Candidate:

  1. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  2. Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment.
  3. Knowledge of training systems and procedures is preferred.
  4. Level 3 in business administration is desirable.
  5. Excellent time management skills, able to work to deadlines.
  6. Ability to produce accurate written documentation to specifications.
  7. Previous experience in a business administration role, whether commercially or through work experience.
