About the team

Our Business Services team is a collective of creative, strategic, forward-thinking business enablers. Together, the People & Culture, Marketing & Communications, IT, Operations, Finance, and Quality & Risk Management teams make it their mission to ensure Mazars has the right tools, technology, strategies, and services in place to deliver exceptional client service and future-proof our growing business.

The primary aim of the Learning and Development department is to deliver quality learning and development in a well-coordinated way that will positively impact career development and performance.

About the role

  1. Ensure that learning and development products are designed and developed to meet business needs and positively impact performance and career development. Lead on learning projects covering all areas of quality design, development, and implementation.
  2. Provide specialist guidance on appropriate learning solutions, timeframes, and stakeholder efforts (internal team and subject matter experts).
  3. Apply design thinking and instructional design principles to create impactful learning interventions with the necessary resources.
  4. Participate in content, design, and review meetings to ensure high-quality content and outcomes.
  5. Apply assessment strategies, such as the Kirkpatrick Evaluation model, to measure learning impact within Mazars UK's evaluation strategy.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Working knowledge of learning design principles, Kirkpatrick Evaluation model, and end-to-end learner/user experience design
  • Digital skills – MS Office, SharePoint, eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360 Rise), and experience with audio/video content
  • Learning design skills – project scoping, scripting, storyboarding, quality assurance (QA)
  • Data analysis and reporting skills to interpret client requirements and measure learning impact using metrics/data
