DEPARTMENT: BBC Academy
LOCATION: Birmingham, London, Salford (Hybrid)
PROPOSED SALARY RANGE: £43,700 - £51,000 depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.

Join the BBC Academy to create high-quality learning in support of the Academy’s training delivery areas. As a Learning Design Specialist, you’ll play a key role in the consultation, research, design, and evaluation of blended learning solutions that promote continuous development and ongoing learning to BBC staff.
Learning Design Specialists are accountable for the success of the learning intervention they are designing, with project control from beginning to end, liaising and collaborating with a number of internal and external stakeholders/third parties.
