Role Overview

The Deployment Specialist plays a crucial role in the development and deployment of Learning and Development products across the portfolio, leading or supporting Senior Product Owners in managing complex programmes. A strong focus on customer centricity is essential to ensure all supported products address business challenges and drive sustainable value for BT Group.

What you'll be doing
  1. Work as part of delivery squads, providing expertise in deploying learning and development products and applying agile methodology to enhance colleague experiences across BT Group.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs and translate them into product requirements and user stories.
  3. Support product definition, scoping, design, development, and deployment.
  4. Provide project governance and risk management.
  5. Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog.
  6. Gather feedback continuously from users and stakeholders to refine products.
Skills and Experience
  1. Experience working with stakeholders to identify needs and translate them into requirements and user stories.
  2. Experience supporting learning product development from scoping to deployment.
  3. Proficiency in Agile methodology, working in sprints, and adapting plans accordingly.
  4. Ability to manage project governance and risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  5. Experience managing multiple projects from initiation to impact measurement.
  6. Skill in maintaining and prioritizing product backlogs.
  7. Commitment to gathering feedback and driving continuous improvement.
