Job description

Learning Data and Insights Lead (Maternity Cover)

Location: Cromwell Road, London

This is a Fixed Term Contract, Full Time vacancy that will close in 8 days at 23:59 BST.

The Role

The Learning Data and Insights Lead analyses and implements key information for the Learning Division across qualitative and quantitative data, including financial, statistical, policy, evaluation, narrative, and administrative fields. This role ensures data compliance, drives decision-making, and aligns with the data insight work of the Audiences Division. The post holder is the primary contact for evaluators, financial reporting, audience insight, and other essential data. They are responsible for collating regular reports for the V&A Learning and Audiences Committee, led by the Director of V&A Learning. Working closely with Heads of Learning across V&A's multisite locations, they will lead reporting on learner data, including divisional evaluation and R&D frameworks. As an effective project manager, they will also manage budgets, financial reporting, and oversee the zero-hour workers’ pool for V&A Learning at South Kensington. Additionally, they will lead data and financial reporting to external funders and key stakeholders such as DCMS.
