Since our inception in 2015 in Denmark, Liva has been a pioneer in digital behaviour change. Our goal is to empower 1 million people by 2030 to improve their health and well-being through digitally-powered, evidence-based lifestyle interventions.

Headquartered in Copenhagen and London, our collaborations with healthcare systems—including the NHS, life science companies, and health insurers—allow us to impact lives at scale. We recently acquired Momenta, a leading provider of evidence-based, outcome-driven healthy lifestyle solutions that help people face daily challenges in living healthier lives, focusing on weight management.

We have big ambitions, and to achieve them, we’re seeking a Learning Content Manager to help us expand and elevate our health learning content and programmes across our international portfolio.

Responsibilities include:

  • Transforming existing offerings and developing new ones to support growth, including partnerships in Germany and the Netherlands.
  • Combining content strategy, instructional design, and programme development to enhance our programmes.
  • Bridging service development and delivery teams to optimise existing programmes and create new engaging, app-delivered learning experiences that promote measurable health outcomes and behavioural change.
  • Auditing and standardising programme offerings to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Designing patient journey mappings and automated communication sequences to improve engagement.
  • Creating engaging, evidence-based health content using industry-standard tools and coordinating with contractors.
  • Managing multiple international projects, including content creation and transcreation in Germany and the Netherlands.

Qualifications include:

  • A health-related professional background (nutrition, psychology, public health) and/or a relevant degree (Instructional Design, Health Communication, Digital Health, Psychology, etc.).
  • Experience in digital health content development or e-learning for health applications.
  • Expertise in health content writing, translating complex scientific or medical concepts into accessible learning materials.
  • Experience with app-based learning delivery and understanding of behaviour change principles.
  • Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Unlayer, or similar) and content management systems.
  • A self-starter mentality with high autonomy and initiative.
  • Strong project management skills to handle multiple priorities.

Benefits include:

  • Opportunity to join a fast-growing, purpose-driven company making a real impact on health outcomes.
  • Remote-first environment with London WeWork access.
  • International project exposure across UK, Europe, and the Middle East.
  • Collaborative culture within a health tech company.
  • Flexible working arrangements and a supportive team environment.
