Your resume and cover letter, tailored to exactly what they’re hiring for.
You'll collaborate with designers, illustrators, animators and developers, work closely with clients, and help move projects from concept to launch while keeping quality and user experience at the forefront.
We’re looking for a brilliant Learning Content Designer to join our small (but mighty!) creative team at Eggu.
We create digital learning for an incredibly varied mix of organisations – from household and high-street brands to global businesses, public sector organisations and charities.
One week you could be shaping an engaging staff induction programme for a much-loved retail brand. The next, scripting animated product training, bringing stories to life through video, helping charities connect with and support young people, or launching a digital marketing academy for a global business.
From designing tutorials that make complex software feel simple to finding creative ways to share important stories, no two projects are ever quite the same.
Your job? Help us find the best way to tell the story.
You’ll sit at the heart of our projects, turning client briefs and often very complicated source material into clear, creative and engaging digital learning.
You’ll:
Whether you’re just starting out or already have plenty of experience under your belt, we’d love to hear from you.
We’re not particularly interested in how many years you’ve been doing this or whether you’ve had exactly the right job title. We’re looking for someone with the right attitude, a creative spark and a genuine enthusiasm to learn, contribute and grow with us.
We’re interested in how you think.
You’ll be a brilliant fit if you:
Experience of digital learning and tools such as Rise, Storyline, Adapt, Adobe Creative Suite and AI would certainly be useful, but it’s not essential. We’re just as interested in someone with bags of potential who’s excited to learn on the job.
Ultimately, it’s about finding the right person for our creative team – someone who shares our enthusiasm for great work and wants to grow alongside us.
We’re a small agency, so there aren’t lots of layers between you, the client and the finished work.
You’ll be part of projects from the first conversation through to launch, working alongside the people actually designing, illustrating, animating and building them.
That’s also why this is a studio-based role. We like developing ideas together, scribbling things out, asking “what if we did this instead?” and creating something better because several brains got involved.
If you like variety, creative problem-solving and the idea of seeing something you sketched out on a piece of paper become a beautifully finished learning experience, you’ll probably feel very at home here.
We’re open to applicants at different stages of their careers, with salary reflecting the skills, experience and level of responsibility you bring to the role.
