Job Description:

The Education Product Marketing team is looking for an experienced program manager to drive the delivery of the Learning Coach programme in Germany, Italy, and France. We’re seeking someone who believes in the positive impact our products can have on teaching and learning.

You will be part of a highly cross-functional team responsible for delivering a cohesive worldwide technology integration coaching program. You’ll work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where quality, creativity, and accountability are essential.

As a member of the Education Product Marketing Team, you will:

  • Manage the rollout of the Learning Coach programme in Germany, Italy, and France, coordinating with the US ALC team, Product Marketing, Sales, and Professional Learning teams.
  • Oversee enrolment, experience, and support for Learning Coach candidates, utilizing various tools and systems.
  • Coordinate a team of Professional Learning Specialists to support synchronous learning components.
  • Collaborate with content teams to ensure the success of learning objectives through engaging synchronous and asynchronous methods.
  • Ensure quality assurance and legal and ethical compliance of all Learning Coaches.
  • Drive action, problem-solve, and continually improve processes to ensure effective delivery.

Key Qualifications

  • Fluent in German
  • Italian and/or French proficiency is desirable
  • 4+ years of managing complex projects
  • Strong project management, organizational, and creative thinking skills
  • Effective communication across the organization
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with experience in customer-facing communications
  • Proficiency in word processing and presentation software (Numbers/Excel, Pages, Keynote)
  • Ability to analyze data to ensure quality and inform decisions
  • Exceptional decision-making, tenacity, and attention to detail

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • Experience with technology in an education context is desirable
