Join a busy administrative team at the Isle of Wight Council as a Business Administration Apprentice! This dynamic role involves supporting various learning initiatives, improving customer service, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors. With strong support from experienced colleagues, you'll gain valuable skills in a friendly and inclusive environment, earning a qualification while contributing to the council's mission.
37 hours per week
This is a great opportunity to join a busy and exciting administrative team and help in the day to day running of a lively learning & development environment. With work spread across three separate areas within the team you will have the opportunity to support people from all areas in achieving their learning goals. As well as working with a friendly and inclusive team of L&D professionals. As part of the role you will also undertake a level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship.Details of this can be found by following this link. Following successful completion of the apprenticeship this will be converted to a permanent scale 3 post within the team.
As a member of the team you will provide high quality customer service for the Learning Centre, as well as supporting the Learning Resource centre and Adult Community Learning.
