Job summary

The Care Quality Commission is seeking a Learning and OD Experience Leader to oversee learning management processes, enhancing user engagement and driving improvements. Grade C - £32,471 (National Framework) or £38,143 (London Framework – if you are London office based or homebased and live within the boundary of the M25) – There is also an additional homeworking allowance of £581 per annum for those working from home

Contracted Hours: Full time 37 hours per week

Contract Type: 12 Month Fixed Term or Secondment Opportunity

Location: Home-based or office based with the occasional travel within the UK

As a key member of our Learning and Organisational Development team, you will lead the efficient and user-friendly management of the administration processes and service deliverables. You’ll oversee and enhance CQC’s learning and performance platform, ED, ensuring colleagues have a smooth and engaging experience. With a solution-focused approach, you’ll drive continuous improvement and challenge existing practices to optimise the user journey.

What You Will Bring…

An experienced leader with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service within a learning and organisational development environment. You will have hands-on expertise in administering learning management/performance systems and possess outstanding organisational skills and the ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects or tasks effectively. An experienced first line leader, who has previously established, developed and maintained high performing administrative units to achieve individual and team objectives.
