Progression and development are strongly emphasized at B&M. We have an exciting new role for an experienced Regional Learning and Development Partner to join us as we continue to grow. You will be responsible for delivering our Management Development Programmes, enabling our teams across the UK to reach their full potential.

You'll ideally be South West based, as this role involves extensive travel to cover our expanding network. If you have a genuine passion for training, driven by development and motivated by people engagement, then this could be your perfect role.

As a Regional Learning and Development Partner, you will:

• Research and design appropriate materials for management development training
• Produce training materials for in-house courses
• Identify training and development needs on an ongoing basis
• Monitor trainee progress and assess training effectiveness
• Support training by developing, delivering, and assessing sessions, either one-to-one or in groups
• Keep up to date with developing internal and external training trends

Skills/Experience required:

• Experience delivering Management Development training within retail or hospitality/fast-paced environments
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Energetic and enthusiastic presenter, able to fully engage audiences
• Organized with good planning skills to manage time and meet deadlines
• Strong team-working skills and a collaborative approach to learning
• Flexible approach with a positive, can-do attitude

The role requires flexibility to travel. The successful candidate will receive tools to do the job, such as a company car, laptop, and phone.
