About the role:
As a Capability Partner for our Finance and Legal functions, this role will collaborate with senior stakeholders to define the strategic direction for functional learning. The role involves identifying current and future capability needs, contributing to the overarching Group Tesco Capability strategy alongside fellow Capability Partners within the PoE. Additionally, this colleague will work closely with the Capability Design team and Tesco Business Services (TBS) to shape, influence, and take ownership of capability development for your specific business area. Approach will be visible, responsive, and influential as you build strong relationships across the organisation.
