Job description

Location: Leeds / Hybrid

Salary: GBP 45,000 - GBP 50,000 per annum

Vacancy Type: Permanent, Full Time

With over 20 years of experience, our client is a well-established digital agency offering services in performance marketing, website development, eCommerce, and data intelligence. They are a key growth partner for their clients, including brands like Cruise, tombola, and Hammonds.

Joining their performance division, you'll be part of a team of SEO and paid media experts working across outreach, technical SEO, digital PR, and social media.

The Role

They are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Partner to own all L&D initiatives and collaborate with the wider People team. This role offers autonomy to shape and lead the development strategy aligned with company culture and goals.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating and implementing L&D strategy, identifying priorities, designing solutions, and delivering outcomes
  • Designing and facilitating leadership and management development programs
  • Partnering with stakeholders at all levels to understand needs and deliver targeted interventions
  • Designing and delivering team development workshops using tools like Insights or Strengthscope
  • Conducting coaching sessions with managers to support development
  • Managing the LMS, including content catalogues and external providers
  • Contributing to a performance-focused learning culture
  • Managing own diary and working flexibly, based in Leeds twice a week, with occasional travel to Manchester, Southampton, and London

Skills and Qualifications
  • 5-10 years of L&D experience with end-to-end ownership
  • Ability to work independently in a standalone capacity
  • Collaborative, team-oriented approach
  • Expertise in leadership and management development
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Commercial mindset with impact measurement experience
  • Experience developing tailored L&D strategies
  • Proficiency with LMS platforms and content development
  • Facilitation and coaching skills, with psychometric tool qualification preferred
  • Positive, pragmatic, and solution-focused attitude
  • Based in Leeds, with occasional travel required
