Description

At Moore Kingston Smith, we know that brilliant client service starts with brilliant people. We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Learning & Development Manager to lead the development of core professional skills across our firm, empowering individuals at every level to grow, perform and thrive.

This is a key role in our People Team, responsible for shaping and delivering impactful learning across both client-facing and internal teams. You’ll lead a talented team of four, design and facilitate engaging programmes, and collaborate across the business to identify learning needs and create meaningful development experiences.

What you'll be doing

  • Leading the design and delivery of professional skills learning, from workshops to firmwide offsites
  • Coaching and supporting individuals in their development journeys
  • Managing a high-performing team and nurturing a culture of learning
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to align learning with business priorities
  • Keeping our approach fresh, forward-thinking and aligned with the latest in L&D
