Role Overview
The Learning and Development (L&D) Manager plays a vital role in developing talent at Space NK. The role will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training and development programs and cross functional projects across retail stores, head office and the Distribution Centre (DC). This role works closely with the Head of Learning, and Talent Development, supporting and inputting to the evolvement of the L&D Strategy. The role will lead and deliver key programmes, initiatives and projects which drive a high-performance culture, foster an environment of continuous learning and shapes an environment of inclusion and belonging.
The role will act as an ambassador of talent development equipping colleagues with skills to thrive in our fast and exciting business, and working with management teams to foster career progression which supports our company goals and hinges on our company values and behaviours (V&Bs)
