We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager to help shape the future of the JRF workforce and support the delivery of their People Plan.
About the Role
This is a unique standalone opportunity for an experienced L&D professional to play an integral role in shaping and modernising JRF’s approach to learning and development. You will be responsible for designing and delivering a range of strategic and operational L&D initiatives across JRF—supporting a diverse workforce of approximately 160 people.
You’ll work closely with senior leaders, Group Shared Services, and the Union partners, delivering multiple workstreams and ensuring the People Plan translates into meaningful action.
You must be happy and comfortable with focusing on getting the basics right and in place first. Before being able to fully unleash your creativity!
