About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our People Team as a Learning and Development Manager, based at our Nottingham Head Office. This is a hybrid position, with an expectation of being on-site three days per week.
We're looking for an experienced Learning and Development professional to take ownership of shaping, developing, and implementing strategic learning and development plans that align with our business objectives.
You'll be passionate about designing, developing, and delivering impactful training programmes, acting as our internal expert in learning strategy and innovation. You will play a key role in building a culture of continuous learning across Sygnature. Working closely with the Head of Talent and Department Heads, you'll develop tailored programmes that support current needs, future capability requirements, and long-term business goals.
This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is excited by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a successful and growing CRO.
