We're Hiring: Learning & Development Manager – EMEA | Digital Advertising

Location: EMEA Region

Team: AdsU – Learning & Development

Are you passionate about empowering sales teams and delivering impactful learning experiences? We’re looking for a Learning & Development Manager to support our EMEA digital advertising sales organization.

In this role, you’ll design and deliver world-class training programs that elevate our sales and account management teams. You’ll collaborate closely with sales leaders, product experts, and global training teams to ensure our people are equipped with the skills and knowledge to succeed.

What You’ll Do:

Lead in-person onboarding and ongoing training for digital advertising sales teams across EMEA.

Deliver engaging sessions on product knowledge, reporting tools, consultative selling, and vertical insights.

Develop learning tools and reference materials to support continuous development.

Partner with sales leadership to identify team development needs and align training with business goals.

Support new product launches with targeted training to drive adoption and performance.

What We’re Looking For:

3–5 years of experience in sales training, ideally in B2B, tech, or digital advertising.

Proven ability to simplify complex, technical content into actionable learning.

Strong facilitation skills and experience leading front-of-room training.

Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in digital advertising (mobile app ads, search, performance marketing, display) is a plus.
