This role encompasses designing engaging training initiatives and evaluating their impact. To support our progress, we are currently recruiting for a Learning & Development Manager to join our team at Ibstock Head Office, LE67 6HS.
Responsible for the implementation of the Ibstock L&D strategy, the L&D Manager will create and execute learning strategies aligned to the organisation's needs. You'll support and empower colleagues across the business by designing and delivering engaging development initiatives that support performance, personal growth, and long-term success.
