Job summary

We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual for the role of Learning and Development Facilitator to cover our homes in Worcestershire, Birmingham, and Stratford-Upon-Avon. If you're interested, we look forward to hearing from you!

About the Role

Your focus will be to enhance performance and quality in our homes through quality-assured training. You will ensure our team is competent and compliant to deliver exceptional care. Responsibilities include:

  1. Leading training sessions for a cluster of homes, focusing on statutory and mandatory topics.
  2. Identifying learning needs using the Learning Management System (LMS).
  3. Planning and designing engaging courses and content.
  4. Facilitating interactive induction and refresher courses, both face-to-face and virtual, and recording sessions in the LMS.
  5. Assessing learner knowledge, confidence, and understanding throughout training.
About You

  • Experience in learning and development within adult social care.
  • Relevant qualifications in social care and training.
  • Knowledge of statutory and mandatory training requirements.
  • Commitment to diversity and meeting neurodiversity learning needs.
  • Level 3 Award in Education and Training (or willingness to obtain).
  • Level 3 (or above) in Health and Social Care (or similar).
  • A UK driving license and own transport.
