The Learning and Development Facilitator role at Avery Healthcare focuses on driving performance and quality within their care homes through the delivery of quality-assured training to the team. The role is responsible for ensuring the team is competent and compliant to provide exceptional care to residents.
As the Learning and Development Facilitator, your key responsibilities will include leading training sessions on statutory and mandatory topics, identifying learning needs, planning and designing engaging learning courses and content, facilitating interactive induction and refresher courses, and assessing learner knowledge, confidence, and understanding throughout the training.
