Main duties of the jobAs the Learning and Development Facilitator, your key responsibilities will include leading training sessions on statutory and mandatory topics, identifying learning needs, planning and designing engaging learning courses and content, facilitating interactive induction and refresher courses, and assessing learner knowledge, confidence, and understanding throughout the training.
