The Learning and Development Facilitator role at Avery Healthcare involves driving performance and quality within their homes through the delivery of quality assured training to their team. The focus is on ensuring a competent and compliant team to deliver exceptional care to their residents.
As the Learning and Development Facilitator, you will be responsible for leading training sessions, identifying learning needs, planning and designing engaging learning courses and content, facilitating interactive induction and refresher courses, and assessing learner knowledge, confidence, and understanding throughout the training. You will be required to have experience in learning and development within the adult social care sector, as well as knowledge of statutory and mandatory training requirements. You will also need to demonstrate a commitment to diversity, inclusion, and meeting neurodiversity learning needs.
