A leading care provider in Leeds is seeking a Learning and Development Facilitator to ensure a competent team through quality training. This role as a Learning and Development Facilitator at Avery Healthcare in the Leeds and surrounding area involves driving performance and quality within the homes through delivery of quality assured training to the team. The focus is on ensuring a competent and compliant team to deliver exceptional care to the residents.
The Learning and Development Facilitator will be responsible for leading training sessions for a cluster of homes, focusing on statutory and mandatory topics, identifying learning needs, planning and designing engaging learning courses and content, facilitating interactive induction and refresher courses both face-to-face and virtually, and accurately recording training sessions. They will also be assessing learner knowledge, confidence, and understanding throughout the training.
