The role of a Learning and Development Facilitator at Avery Healthcare is to empower and support the care teams in delivering outstanding care to the residents. This involves leading engaging training sessions, identifying learning needs, designing and facilitating interactive courses, and assessing learner understanding across a cluster of homes.

Main duties of the job

As a Learning and Development Facilitator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training on statutory and mandatory topics, identifying learning needs using the Learning Management System, designing and facilitating interactive induction and refresher courses, supporting both face-to-face and virtual learning experiences, and assessing learner understanding and confidence throughout the sessions. You will be a key player in ensuring the care teams are confident, competent, and compliant.

ABOUT THE ROLE
