We are the final stage for complaints about the NHS in England and public services delivered by the UK Government. We look into complaints where someone believes there has been injustice or hardship because an organisation has not acted properly or fairly or has given a poor service and not put things right.
Our service is free for everyone.
This role is central to the success of the PHSO Learning and Development Team. As Learning & Development Coordination Administrator you will be responsible for providing regular and ad hoc administrative and coordination related support for the provision of ongoing learning and development related activity. This is a varied role, with responsibilities ranging from delivering induction training, coordinating financial activity, liaising with external and internal trainers and facilitators, being a first point of contact for learner enquiries, and coordinating a range of activities and reporting using our learning management system – MYLearning.
The nature of this role often requires early morning starts in order to coordinate the set-up of multiple training activities across the organisation, including meeting and setting up external trainers before the start of their sessions.
