Start date: ASAP

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + annual bonus

Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about learning experiences?

We're looking for an L&D Operations Specialist to support the full lifecycle of our training programs - from content creation and course delivery to reporting and learner support.

You'll play a key role within our global L&D team, helping us deliver high-impact learning journeys across the Salesforce, AWS, Microsoft, and Databricks ecosystems.

What You'll Do

Course & Content Development

  • Support the design and creation of course content, trainer notes, and engaging learning materials (presentations, videos, case studies, mock exams)
  • Ensure content consistency across formats (PowerPoint, Word, etc.) and adherence to brand guidelines
  • Build and manage eLearning courses in the Thinkific LMS and using the Evolve authoring tool
  • Design sales and client-facing decks and contribute to internal collateral as needed

Program Planning & Coordination

  • Manage external trainer documentation (Statements of Work, onboarding materials)
  • Coordinate onboarding and scheduling of external trainers
  • Prepare participant-facing documents ("What to Expect", course invitations, sign-off sheets)
  • Coordinate purchases and assignments of course materials, LMS access, and certification vouchers

Delivery & Execution

  • Ensure timely completion of daily class documentation and support trainers during delivery
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a QA framework for training delivery
  • Assist with internal and external stakeholder communications during delivery cycles

Reporting & Data Management

  • Maintain and update internal L&D reporting tools with accurate course and learner data
  • Compile monthly reports for vendor partners (e.g., Salesforce, AWS)
  • Gather and consolidate data from multiple sources for business-wide insights

Systems & Platform Administration

  • Manage access and usage for platforms including Google Drive, Zoom, YouTube, AWS, and Evolve
  • Allocate licenses and oversee tools used by instructors and learners

What We're Looking For

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong experience creating digital learning or content materials
  • Highly organized, efficient, and autonomous
  • Excellent communication skills in English (fluency required)
  • Comfortable working across multiple platforms and digital tools

Preferred Experience

  • Background in marketing, content design, or instructional design
  • Experience with content creation and digital learning tools
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms (Thinkific, Evolve a plus)

What We Offer

  • Base salary between £30,000-£35,000, depending on experience
  • Annual bonus based on company and individual performance
  • Flexible working model: Hybrid (London or Newcastle offices) or Full Remote
  • Fast-paced, inclusive environment in a high-growth EdTech business
  • A mission-driven team helping to close global tech skills gaps
