To help them reach their full potential, we’re looking for a Performance Coach to join our Learning & Development team and drive sales success on the recruitment floor.
The Role
As a Performance Coach, you will work closely with key members of our sales team, providing tailored coaching to improve performance and enhance sales skills. Your focus will be on diagnosing challenges using data insights, identifying opportunities for development, and delivering coaching sessions that directly impact revenue generation.
This is not a one-size-fits-all training role—you will have full autonomy to coach in a way that best suits each individual, using a wealth of resources and support from our extensive L&D curriculum. Whether you’re coaching a junior consultant struggling with objection handling or an experienced recruiter looking to break into top biller status, you will be a key driver of their success.
About You
We’re looking for someone with a strong background in recruitment who understands what it takes to succeed in a sales-driven environment. You might be a top-billing recruiter looking for a new challenge, a recruitment mentor or manager passionate about coaching, or someone with a proven ability to develop others within the industry.
