L&D Consultant – Professional Services Agency

Manchester – Hybrid (3 days in office)

The Role

As an L&D Consultant, you will:

• Design and deliver L&D solutions via classroom, desk-based, 121 coaching, and live call coaching.
• Handle training administration, planning, and coordination with management, including needs analysis.
• Provide verbal feedback to managers and stakeholders on trainee progress.
• Support onboarding with proactive feedback to maximize retention and reduce churn.
• Manage training programmes end-to-end, including analysis and reporting on their effectiveness.

What we are looking for
