L&D Consultant – Professional Services Agency

Manchester – Hybrid (3 days in office)

The Company

My client is an established professional services recruitment agency/consultancy business, focusing on supporting businesses to find experts within multiple industries globally.

They are looking to hire a third person to join their Manchester team and work with a cohort across the business to develop consultants from rookies to team leads.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter passionate about mentorship, learning, and development, and who sees L&D as a clear next step.

The Role
  • Design and deliver L&D solutions across multiple channels including classroom, desk-based, 121 coaching, and live call coaching.
  • Handle training administration, planning, and coordination with management, including training needs analysis.
  • Provide verbal feedback to managers and stakeholders on consultants' progress during training.
  • Support the Talent Attraction team with onboarding new employees, providing proactive feedback to maximize retention.
  • Manage the end-to-end process of training programs, including analysis and reporting to evaluate success.
What we are looking for
  • A recruiter with at least 3+ years of experience, demonstrating success through billings or promotions.
  • Experience in mentoring or training, with exposure to coaching groups and individuals.
  • Experience as a 360 recruiter or extensive experience in training consultants in Business Development.
