L&D Consultant – Professional Services Agency

Manchester – Hybrid (3 days in office)

My client is an established professional services recruitment agency/consultancy, supporting businesses to find experts across multiple industries globally.

They are looking to hire a third person to join their Manchester team, working with a cohort to develop consultants from rookies to team leads.

Role Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver L&D solutions via classroom, desk-based, 121 coaching, and live call coaching.
  • Coordinate training administration, planning, and needs analysis with management.
  • Provide verbal feedback to managers and stakeholders on trainee progress.
  • Support onboarding with proactive feedback to maximize retention.
  • Manage training programs, analyze, and report on their effectiveness.

Candidate Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of recruitment experience with success in billings/promotions.
